Delete your Minu account

In the app (fastest)

Open Minu on your phone → Settings → Delete my account and data → confirm.

• If you are the only parent in the family, the family and everything in it is deleted right away: children, history and remaining time, tasks, task photos, profile pictures, app times, alerts, devices and Premium records. Linked child devices are removed from the family and time tracking stops.
• If there are other parents, only your account is deleted and you leave the family; the family stays with the other parents.

Without the app

Send an email from the Google account you use in Minu to artovia.labs@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Minu account". We delete the account and data described above within 30 days and confirm by email.

Kept after deletion

Nothing personal. Child devices sign in without an account and hold no personal information. Records Google keeps about Google Play purchases are kept by Google under its own policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Minu.
